Shipping Policy

We offer both local pickup and standard shipping for most of our items. Due to the delicate and unique nature of our antique inventory, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and fragility of the item.

Local Pickup: Available free of charge during our standard operating hours at our showroom located inside the Alexandria Mall.

Return & Refund Policy

Please note: There are absolutely no refunds if an item is broken or damaged after purchase.

For all other eligible returns, refunds require the item to be physically brought back to our store or shipped back to us in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Because our items are vintage, antique, and often one-of-a-kind, they are sold "as-is." We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of any wear or patina. If you have any questions about an item's condition, please contact us prior to purchase.
